We are sorry for the inconvenience and the delay in the processing of the refund requests around Chromas at the moment. 

 

As we are closing in on the end of season, it will likely be processed after that, since we need to verify the purchases of the people who bought the Chroma suffering the bug, as Shinohara also mentioned before. 

 

Don't worry if you have really suffered this bug and bought the Chroma without the discount, you will get your extra payment refunded to you without a doubt. We appreciate all of your humbling patience regarding this and need you to bear with us a tad bit longer for this.
