[Refund] Mistake Purchase

Featured Replies

Hello,

I accidentally bought a Z-Crystal I already had in my backpack. I thought it would block the purchase to limit the quantity to one and so didn't check my inventory before buying it.

I heard later it would be possible to fix this mistake on your side with a refund of the coins used, removing the additional z-crystal. Normally I used PvP Coins (x45) for it. Is it possible? I would appreciate.

Hello there Yauga and thanks a lot for your patience.

After asking the Content Admin, the reason why the NPC does not stop players from purchasing more units of the same crystal is because, while in the official games you can assign one crystal to more Pokemon, on PRO that is not possible and therefore players might need more than one.

Given your request, I have now removed one crystal from you and added 45 PVP Coins to your account.

With this said, I wish you a wonderful day/week.
