I can't login my account because it stuck ingame.. Even After delete and install again still cant. Before log-out, I stuck in the battle and cant click anything... And After log out it been like this

How long usually this kind of problem to be solved? This being glitch for almost 2days and still can't login

Hi there @Katsukinonaki
U tell ur id stuck ingame.Can u pls clear this, only ur game become stuck or ur whole pc become stuck?
If ur pc become stuck when u try to play pro then there can be drivers problem of ur pc.Moreovre some client update don't support or can't run if pc is not
in a good condition.For example,2023 halloween events didn't run to my pc as a result py pc going to crashed.

Otherwise if u just stuck in game then try to othrs client like 32 bit client.If problem not solved then wait for staff reply. ty...
