I know 100% for certain the password and username are the same (since I can log into my dashboard) and spelled/caps-locked correctly. I'm not sure how to proceed from here. Thank you for any help! Norex Posted June 28 Share Posted June 28 In case your password contains any kind of special characters, make sure to reset it while only using normal letters and numbers.
