I'm stuck on the tyranitar part, i cant find rocks to feed him, any help?

already did for 2 year, thats why im asking for help

Unfortunately, as stated by Lyn1311, this is one part of the quest that is random and differs from player to player. From your screenshots, I can deduce that the item you must find is a "fruit", therefore maybe keep checking and clicking starting the Vulcan Plaza any item that could visually be associated with fruits.

 i checked vulcan plaza, vulcan plaza pokecenter, vulcan plaza pokemart, vulcan fair registration center, vulcan fair and tents and vulcan fair cave, I have interacted with every wall, flowerpot, rock, tree, sign, npc and I can't find it anywhere. I'm not someone who usually asks for help but I've been searching for quite a few hours for the second year.

Problem solved , this topic can be closed

 

(if someone has the same problem try to look here looking left vulcan fair)
