Also im playing on mobile and whenever i minimize the game, the game flash like a police whenever i came back to it. When you enter this map during nighttime you will get a cutscene related to the Baby XD001 quest until you finish that part of the quest. Regarding the flashing I would recommend to download the Legacy client for your android device.
