Hi!

I have a guild officer who got permanently banned (they were being an idiot), and now I cannot remove them from the guild. When I try, it says they need to be online (for demote, I cannot kick). How can I remove them from my guild? Chat commands /cgkick and /cgdemote did not work.

Any help would be appreciated! 🙂

The in-game command to remove a guild member should apply to anyone, whether they’re online or not and whether they’re banned or not.

Seems like you aren’t using the correct command. The command is /gkick <username>. 
Please try that and if it doesn’t work, please include a screenshot of what is displayed when you attempt it.
