We have a new outbreak rework coming so I'd like to see how that works first. I like how it will be automated, have benefits for players with active membership, and have the possibility to encounter event forms. 

 

My issues with this threads proposal at the moment are - 

- I dont like the idea of the outbreak flute added to the store, already tons of stuff for players to spend their donations on

- In came currency for donations to an NPC will result in tons of in-game chat posts like "come on guys, only 600k more" and so on and so on. It'll be annoying as hell.
