Well i talked to police officer he is saying that i need to get the permission from the dragon master(Lance) to get into cerulean cave . But in order to meet him i need to be the member of dragon club . I have 200k and also i have caught 240+ pokemon still i am not been able to join the club . do i need to be a jhoto champion.

No but i have noticed a bug or something that at Mt.pyre where i am fighting team magma i am not getting any exp . Is this a bug or is it working same for everyone.

Firstly, I am glad that you are no longer having the issue with the Dragon's Medallion. 

 

Secondly, the Team Magma and Team Aqua grunts in Mt. Pyre not giving experience is intended behavior. If you believe you have encountered a bug or issue be sure to separate the issue into its own thread in the proper sub-forum.

 

As the original issue of this thread has been resolved I will be locking this topic now.
