Hi staff, so I didn't keep track of my last 3 IVs of my zapdos and accidentally rerolled extra so the IVS in my zapdos is lost. Please get my IVS back in the last 3 IVs if possible.

I'm sorry to hear that you went went 1 reroll too far on your Zapdos.

 

Unfortunately, we're unable to restore the previous IVs that you desire.  Psychic Marina will offer to restore the IVs from the 3 previous attempts for $50,000, as she mentions when you talk with her. However, she does not reroll beyond those 3 previous attempts. 

 

I'm sorry that we're unable to help you with this, and that this response probably isn't what you wanted. On the bright side, because Legendries can be be rerolled, you can still continue trying to improve the IVs on your Zapdos. There are many ways to acquire rerolls, like purchasing them from the PvE Coin Master or from other players, as well as a possible reward from PvP Chests and the Sinnoh 7-Day News Reporter.
