ayroo updates the wins and losses counter.

Sorry if I explained myself poorly; my native language is Spanish.

Here is my situation:
Years ago, I did PvP against myself to increase the wins and losses counter. I had no intention of artificially boosting my rating, and at that time I didn’t even play PvP. I didn’t do it with bad intentions; I only wanted my win streak to look better. I understand now that this was a mistake.

After that, my account was banned. I didn’t know the reason at first, so I went to the forum, where it was explained to me that what I did was a bannable offense. I explained that I had no bad intentions and that if I had intended to exploit the system, I would not have done it on my main account. In the end, they understood that I did not act in bad faith. At that time, I was around 17 years old and quite immature.

My main account was eventually unbanned. However, I believe that due to this incident, my account no longer updates the wins and losses counter.
Now I do PvP to help my clan, and I would like that counter to properly record my victories and defeats, as it seems to be frozen.

Hey there,

 

Don't worry! It may be a bit confusing and I don't blame you for the misunderstanding, but that section of your player card doesn't quite represent what you are talking about! The Rating represents your PVP normal elo, but the Wins and Losses underneath it only represent your unranked wins/losses tally. In other words, they won't change until you finish an unranked battle against another player!
