It there a chance that can restore a Pokemon with out Id?

This is my alolan-muk, I got it 4 years ago and this is the only image that I have of it left, since that after the summer event I stop playing the game until today I come back and depressly found out my muk it's gone with other few Pokemon. So I hope there is a way I can find my Pokemon back.
