Hello, I can definitely understand the frustration that RNG usually brings. But I think part of why the content of our loot boxes is so popular is because it has a certain rarity. If we make that content significantly more common through mechanics like a pity system, it loses its value. That’s why I'm especially against it in this case.

 

There are certainly other mechanics where something like this could be partially introduced in PRO in the future, but I don't think loot boxes are one of them.

 

That said, I do think we could add some smaller, more common cosmetics, like facegear, to our PvP Chests that players could still get excited about.

    Easy +1   How about just boost chest drop overall? These chest drop [heck] af. Opening thousands both blue and yellow chest and only 1 vr cosmetics. Not 1 or 2 people i know left game after
