Hi, good evening! How are you? So, a BUG happened when I tried to buy RR Ticket IV. I had enough points to buy it with both PvE and PvP Coins, so I ended up buying with both. I was supposed to have 2 Reroll Ticket IV, but I only have 1.

Sorry for the extreme delay.

According to our database, you did in fact purchase 2 Reroll Tickets. You have since traded two Reroll Tickets to another player. You have also rerolled a few of your legendary Pokémon.

From what I can gather, there is no bug and you did receive 2 tickets. If you can provide further information or evidence, I would be happy to revisit this.
