Hello Support Team,

 

I’m a returning player and haven’t played in over a year. I recently came back because a friend asked me to play, so I created a new account on the Gold server. However, I’d also like to use my older account on the Silver server.

I no longer have access to the email inbox linked to my old account. I still know the email address, but I do not have the login details for that email because the account is over 10 years old and I haven’t used it for anything else.

 

I do still have access to the game account in some ways (which is how I’m able to post here in the forum support section). However, I cannot complete the in-game login process on my new PC because it requires email verification to confirm the device. Since I can’t access the old email inbox, I’m unable to verify the new PC.

Could you please help me update the account’s email address to a current one I can access, so I can complete verification and log in normally? I’m happy to provide any information needed to confirm ownership.

"If you still remember the username and password for your old account, you need to go to the General Complaint Area and request an email change. There, you should provide the new email address you want for your old account, and the verification will be sent to that new email. If you are currently logged into the account, it will be much easier for them to process the change for you. Look for the 'General Complaint Area' section, which is located below the home page."
