Apologies for the issue you are encountering. 

 

Transfer server was down due a to a fix required as stated around 2 weeks ago

But it got resolved few hours ago and you should now be able to transfer again. 

 

Can you try again if you havent!

 

Waiting for a response to know if it got resolved.

If you wonder what happens, your server transfer failed and you got this error.

 

Your account has not been activated issue should be resolved now.

 

Let me know if it not the case.

Thank you for your support.

At the moment, the issue is still not resolved on my side and I am still encountering the same error.

Could you please let me know how long I should wait for the fix to be fully applied? If there are any additional steps I need to follow, please inform me.
