With all the bugs that happened numerous of times within the span of a week. Its no surprise that something will go wrong whether its item/poke in possession gone missing/transformed or app not working while encountering rare form/pvp/boss battle

 

I cant imagine how many more bugs in the old days. I just thought it mist be worse than what have been happening.

 

Take screenshot guys. Idk if dev will go out of their way to help but you got the whole community to support you when you have the proof.

Hope this gets resolve soon! I too don't want this to happen to anyone else. It's happened to me on GO before with my shiny, Lucky Swampert and I was never reimbursed let alone replied to my complaint.
