reroll not work?

Hi I want to ask about double reroll since I just try today, but something happen not sure if it's a bugged, my victini ivs not change but my 2 reroll gone

I have a few question. Are you using either soulbound or specific Pokemon IVs reroll ticket such as Victini Reroll Ticket?

You most likely activated the double reroll feature with your 2 reroll tickets which would explain why your victini didn’t change IVs. So your tickets are gone and only from that point on you can reroll twice for every tradable reroll ticket.

so your saying I need to use another reroll ticket, then what if not works again?

You are able to activate the double reroll service with either 1.2m Pokedollar, 2x Reroll Tickets or a Mysterious Ticket. After activating the double reroll service, it will last for only 1 hour in which you will get two rerolls per ticket for up to 10 Reroll Tickets. 

So if you would use a reroll ticket again now, it would only roll once since the 1 hour is already over. (except you pay for it again)

 

From my own experience i would suggest you to only activate the double reroll service if you have 10 reroll tickets and activate it with a mysterious ticket (obtained via World Quest). Also keep in mind you are only able to double reroll tradable reroll tickets, not the legendary specific or the soul bound ones.
