Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund in this case, Due to the purchase being made approximately 15 months ago, and there isn’t enough information available for us to verify the transaction details. Since the currency used (PvE or PvP coins) isn’t known and cannot be confirmed on our end, we are unable to process the refund. I understand this may be disappointing and i apologize i cannot help further, but due to the time passed and lack of known details, the purchase has to be considered as final. If you have any other questions regarding this then please feel free to let me know! Otherwise i will lock this thread, and if you have any future issues please reach out to us with a new forum!
