cant login in silver whereas i can login in gold freely

hi, this problem is occuring to me frm a while now its not that i cant login in silver at all i can but after a little while it gets disconnected and i cant login in silver anymore some times i have to go to gold and battle there for a while then i try again logging in silver i might enter, but its not always like my current situation i cant login in there at all so i have to come here to post this please resolve this for me .

and also i have deleted client and tried reinstalling to it didnot work

i face the same issue sometimes, 

I often wonder is it because the imbalance between server like one has a lot of player and one not

no its not because of the server imbalance its something else i am sure of it because currently is happening to me a lot i can stay online only for 4-5min then it dissconects for a long time now and i cant login back for some time and playerrs in each server are very low 330 around same in both of them

Nah , ur wrong on this one , its not like i always face this issue but whenever i face i check the dashboard and no. of player ratio was smthing about 370:324 in silver and gold and i cant see more player getting in than 370 in silver, I think the mod will is still investigating the issue, but either ways the problem would be too many players in silver and not in gold.

I tried several troubleshooting on this one. it seems to ba a problem connecting to wifi. I turned off wifi and used mobile data, and it worked all the time.

can yiu try using mobile data or hotspot? somehow it's been working for me.
