Hello, I've been trying to log in for the past hour but getting error failed proxy. I was online a few hours ago without issues but now can't. Tried reinstalling but didn't help. Is there anything I can do? Thank you

I apologize for any issues you experienced. During the time of which this issue was reported, the game servers were experiencing issues for a couple of hours which led to players not being able to login in.

 

The game is now back online and you should be able to log in. Could you confirm that you are able to log into the game?

@Bitterblade sorry to mention u here, but i would like to say that i am facing the same issue and i am unable to log in for a while , i got an auction ongoing which is about to end in like 1-2hr, it can be crucial for me if i am unable to log in on time, 

Hope u can explain the situation like when we can log in or any update u got

In both instances (reference to the original post and those of you who recently were unable to log in), the servers had unexpectedly went down. As of this time, the servers are back online and are able to log in (thanks for the confirmation @Danhpham345).

 

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

 

As the game is now back online and players are able to log in, I will be closing this thread. If you continue to have log in issues, do not hesitate to make a new thread.
