My alt is stucked in Hoenn

Hi to everyone of you of the PRO Staff, sadly i discovered that my alt is stuck in hoenn.

I Actually have the blue orb but not the red one.

I checked the story walkthrough but after i went to mt. Pyre, the team acqua base i can't open the team magma base in jagged pass.i dont know how to resolve this by myself so i am doing this topic. thx to all that could help me it's really appreciated

Thank you for the report.

 

Based on your description, it sounds like you have already completed the Mt. Pyre portion of the Hoenn storyline and obtained the Blue Orb, but the entrance to the Team Magma Hideout in Jagged Pass is not opening as expected.

 

Before we investigate further, could you please provide:

• A screenshot of your current location in Jagged Pass where the entrance should appear.

• A screenshot of your quest log (if available).

• Confirmation that you completed the dialogue at the top of Mt. Pyre with Jackson, Maxie, Archie, and the elders.

• Confirmation whether you have already entered either the Team Aqua Hideout or Team Magma Hideout on this character.

You may also wish to compare your progress with the Hoenn walkthrough below to ensure no story step was missed:

According to the walkthrough, after the Mt. Pyre event and speaking with the elder, the next step should be to travel to Jagged Pass and enter the Team Magma Hideout.

Once we have the requested screenshots and information, we'll be able to determine whether a story trigger was missed or if your character may be progression-locked.

here's the evidence, i checked meteor falls too if there was jackson ther but nothing. i interrupted this quest years ago and the i joined back now so idk what to say.maybe with an update i got something wrong with this quest

even if i can have a force trade back to my main will be great. thx you

Could you please confirm the IGN of the alt account that is currently stuck in Hoenn? I'd like to verify a few things before proceeding with the investigation.

Once I have the character name, I'll take a closer look at the issue and see what can be done.

Hello, I'm sorry for the delay and for the inconvenience.

 

You can trade your region-locked Pokémon directly from the PC.

If you're able to enter the Team Aqua Hideout, that means you most likely completed Mt. Pyre.

Could you please make your way to Route 124 and Mossdeep? If you can, please try continuing the story from there.
