My Budew will not evolve to Roselia. I have reached 255 happiness multiple time, tried feinting and relogging and even managed to time a level up with also reaching 255 happiness in a single battle. I would appreciate some assitance

You have to lvlup it with 255 happiness during daytime

You are maybe lvling up during afternoon or night that's why it's not evolving

Hello! I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

For Budew to evolve, it must reach 255 happiness during the in-game morning, which is from 04:00 AM to 09:59 AM (game time).

If Budew is already at full happiness and you use a Rare Candy, it will not evolve (even in morning time). Its happiness must actually reach 255 within the required time window.

To resolve this, you'll need to lower Budew's happiness slightly, then raise it back to 255 during the in-game morning. A way to do this is to let Budew faint in a battle against a wild Pokémon or an NPC, then increase its happiness again using berries or by defeating a few wild Pokémon until it reaches maximum happiness.
