Hello!

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue.

Please note that you do not need to battle every NPC, including Mako, to complete the tournament. The NPCs can battle each other during the tournament, which may cause some of them to become unavailable.

You only need to obtain 7 or more points to progress. The 12 points are the maximum amount you can achieve, not the required amount.

Could you please speak with Mannes and send me a screenshot of all the dialogue you receive from him?
