You need all sinnoh caught data Nr. 387 to 493 (legendaries seen data) to start cresselia quest. Some guides on youtube and forum are outdated.

Hello @Atilav !

Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

As stated by @Dev91 (thanks you a lot) you will require all the gen4 pokemon to be caught excluding legendaries.

Be sure to check if you have the pokeball icon next to every Generation 4 Sinnoh pokemon!

Once you done with the caught data, you will be able to start the quest From Prof Rowan in Eterna Town!
