The list showing there 'Who's Online' is for forum page online members not for client, Since your online on the forum page your username is displayed there.

Hello!

Correct, that's the list of players online on the forum, not in-game. There is no public list that shows all players currently online in-game.

You can only check the number of players online through the in-game command /on
