Currently De-evolving is not possible.

You can encounter Lycanroc-Dusk directly from Mirage Island.

Unfortunately, we do not offer de-evolution or de-leveling services, as mentioned here.

As an alternative, you can catch or buy a Rockruff and evolve it at the appropriate time to obtain the Lycanroc form you want.

Alternatively, Lycanroc can also be encountered directly on Mirage Island.
