I should mention that about 6 or 7 months ago—I don't recall exactly—I obtained my Latias on Birth Island, but due to my own mistakes, I think it fainted (honestly, I don't remember).

After that, I was looking for the boss Nikola to get a chance to catch it, but it turns out it's no longer available.

Here is where the "bug" comes in: I’ve completed 90% of the World Quests since then, and I’ve encountered every legendary except Latias. Statistically, it’s still possible, but it’s strange, and I’m worried that Latias won’t appear in my next World Quest (it’s the only one I’m missing).
