I used an IV shuffle on my Latios and the IV's stayed the same, can I get a refund? Feel like I've been shafted there haha.

I've already discussed your case with the appropriate team, but unfortunately, there's nothing we can do for you in this situation.

I completely understand your frustration, especially after not getting the results you were hoping for from the IV Shuffle. However, IV rerolls are entirely random, and once completed, their results are permanent and cannot be reversed.

Unfortunately, a refund isn't possible either, as the IV Shuffle was successfully used, even if it didn't produce the results you were hoping for.

I'm truly sorry that we can't offer you a different solution.
