The trigger for the encounter has to be something that's not time-based. Revelion got 3 Riolu in 5 days, while my first Riolu is from 30th August, and I didn't encounter Riolu today. Starlight Posted September 29, 2016 Share Posted September 29, 2016 I recall staffs saying there is supposed to be no difference between MS player and non-MS player......seems like they haven't got the time to do that, since I still see spawn difference based on whether you have active MS or not.
