A balanced IV Changer? What's your thought?

Even with the way the current game mechanics are, you still don't have to farm for a year to get godlike Pokemon. As I pointed out, you can make money and buy epic Pokemon, if you're opposed to relying on RNG. It's not hard to make money and it's not even that time-consuming if you're patient enough. If you find a high-IV Pokemon with 04 in HP, and that makes it unplayable for you - sell it. Use the cash to buy something better. Become a merchant and earn money that way. Get cash from battling wild Pokemon at Dragon's Den. Sell items you get from dig spots (rare candies, nuggets, etc). And so forth.

If you don't enjoy farming, don't do it. Just as you don't find it "very fun to walk around in a square, spending 7+ hours to farm for a Togepi" (that's weeks not hours btw, lol), others clearly do.

My thoughts ; no

All i can say is no. This is a horrible idea. If you want a good pokemon you have to hunt.
