Today I logged my account and saw I was banned. I entered the page and on the reason it says in construction. Can you help me resolve this?

if you have been banned you will have to appeal here - https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/viewforum.php?f=32

 

if you are not banned, you may be IP Banned in which you should turn off your router/modem and wait 30 seconds and then turn it back on.

if this issue doesn't work please make an appeal and we will try and resolve your issue - https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/viewforum.php?f=32

In the dashboard it says under construction should I just wait for it ?
