Kalos+ is made in 3D aspect, which makes it difficult to get a visualy proper map of cities, towns, routes and whatnot. Compared with PRO's creation aspects, it will be extremely difficult, if not impossible. So yeah, there wont be kalos+ regions.

Probably gonna be done around 2017-2018 tbh (with every region)

I dont know what region is next but it would be more logical to me that the black/white regions are next since you cant get these starters.

or sinnoh when you can already get all starters as wild encounter(extremely rare though)?

 

also you can only catch the starters from kanto,johto,hoenn in that regions saffari zone (excluding squirtle and charmander but still in that region)

 

idk it just seems weird if i would begin my adventure in sinnoh but already have the three starters before talking to the professor.
