Silicin Posted October 16, 2015 Share Posted October 16, 2015 I actually have the same issue of Victor not appearing again after I run the story line. I asked one gm in-game and he said he should respawn after 7days, but I went to check on the beach many times for an entire month and got no sight of Victor.
