Anyone know what this is about? You need to go to Celadon City via Route 8. When you get there you can start talk to another policeman who will give you a quest. You need to complete it to progress the story. I believe there was a suggestion not to long ago about putting npcs in lavender to guide pokemon noobs to celadon.
