Hierarchy is a very important part in all guild systems of all MMOs, even PRO guilds are kinda pointless for now, it's good to start with a real guild system.

yesterday i invited some people to my guild and to do that the leader had to give me the powers and then switch back, doesnt hurt but kinda bothers a bit to have to be both online to do that and to return the powers aswell

why you need guild's rank system when guild have no real function here?

maybe you need to give suggestion about other guild feature 1st, so guild can be more useful, and have real purpose.
