Guest Szion Posted October 3, 2016 Share Posted October 3, 2016 im in the mid 50's here and ive had no problems with any gym up to him the hells the scaling for this guy?? his zard is 2hko'ing my blastoise with air slash and you dont get exp for re-fighting him sooo 2 questions how high am i suppose to be for him, considering the exp ive been given up to this point has brought me only to 50s... and B: where around cinnabar should I be looking to get repeated battles/exp? i remember quitting the game at this point and after coming back im still in the same predicament. Blaine's Pokemon are around level 70-75~, so you're extremely under-leveled. Try training for a while in either Cinnabar Mansion or Seafoam Islands until you think that you can beat him.
