Is weakness policy supposed to be consumable? Some people said it wasn't but when it activated for me it was gone after the battle?

I hope this is a mistake because something that takes 50 wins to get shouldn't be consumeable.

I agree... 50 pvp coins for a consumable minimizes the hard work us pvpers have put in.. :Shocked:
