You have many options for miltotic moveset the best in my opinion is

 

Scald, Recover , Ice Beam and Confuse ray/Toxic/Haze/

 

the second moveset is like

 

Scald, Rest, Sleep talk, Toxic this is a bit risky and luck reliant

 

btw nice milotic :y: + u miss 1 point on hp my friend

I have 2 milotic and I play them with these movesets :y:

just use this and ur milotic can kill magnezone and starmie and gengar epls:

 

Scald+Recover+Ice Beam+Mirror Coat

Haze is a 100% necessity for Milotic now to prevent Clefable from switching in and setting CM with impunity.
