You can do this with many other npcs..

Just you and npc walk in the same direction (npc comes from the right and you from the left or another similar scenario) that you can pass through it...

thats not only her u can do it with all npcs that are moving like a pokemon as example.

I think its intentionally coded that u can walk through moving npcs to not get blocked from them if u are riding ur bike as example

It has the same behavior for every walking NPC, that if you run head on with them, there's a chance you will be able to walk through them. Unfortunately there's not much we can do at this point. Locking this.
