hello one quest at goldenrod with a spearow and a mail bugged and the spearow has no mail in it so i cant deliver it any suggestions?

Have you tried finding the officer in Goldenrod City that you are supposed to deliver the mail to and speak to him? After you find him, can you please comment back that officer says? Thanks! :)

You should be able to continue the quest after talking to the Officer in Goldenrod City, even if the Spearow doesn't contain mail. Let me know if that works.

yes my friend i tried and he says that the spearow bites so i need to remove the mail from it

Apologies, it should be fixed now. Can you try talking to the officer the mail was designated to?
