344984 Should probably make a separate report for Scald but I just want to keep this one for Ice moves only. If any of you have individually tested these moves please add your thoughts.

My opponent's Milotic froze my Pokemon 4 times out of 9 tries with IceBeam. I have it on video.

Im legit a scald spammer ,i even once did not burn a skarmory after 16scald ,meanwhile i can't deny hax's odds are quite weird in pro, but scald's rate is ok .

sludge bomb and scald are like 35% ~ 40% to poison and burn the opponent

shadow ball and ice beam are like 20% ~ 30% chances to lower the spdef and freeze

 

will-o-wisp is 75% or lower acc instead of 85%

 

Iron head and rock slide are like 35% ~ 40% or higher acc to flinch
