afaik "suspended" means it is a permanent ban.

I am not sure what you mean by "banend" but afaik you can't see a temporary ban in the forum.

You probably saw their avatar, which will replace default avatar for suspended users. However, there is a inactive group for Banned Users based on the reports done against them on the forum.

As long as there are those that remember what was, there will always be those that are unable to accept what can be.
