Reason why I should have one of these 2DSXLs ~ Because this seems like some fun to do, and why wouldn't I want a new console to play games on =.=

I wanted to buy a new DS to play with my friends. This would prevent me of spending a lot of money. Therefore I could buy the newer Pokémon games, instead of wasting it all in just the console itself.
