hello, he doesn't want to evolve even with mysterius candy... if he tries to give it to him as a normal rc at 10 am and at different times I tried to give it an evo during the day and at all hours but I don't know if it was bugged or what happened but I couldn't evolve it.. I don't know if they can lower it a couple of levels or how I can do to evolve it Thank you, good day.
