I am sorry to hear that you have experienced this inconvenience. I am sorry to have to inform you of this but, unfortunately there is not a way for staff to unevolve pokemon if evolved by accident. I am sorry to have to inform you of this. It is recommended to decrease eevee's happiness before going for the glaceon/leafeon evolution to prevent these kinds of errors in the future.
