I am sorry to hear that you have experienced this inconvenience. Unfortunately at the moment it is not possible for a staff member to help you evolve Chancey. This is because it requires max happiness to evolve, and the method we use to evolve pokemon in these cases requires you to trade the chancey to a staff member and that would lower the happiness. That is why we are unable to evolve it with this method. I am sorry to have to inform you of this, and I hope you enjoy the rest of your week.
