I evolution zubat to golbat 99lvl and i check his happy 255. I use rare candy Golbat 100lvl and cant to evolve. Thank you

 

 

Golbat evolves via happiness; win a battle with its happiness maxed out (255 - /happy 1 to check its current happiness), and its evo prompt will proc then!
