We only delevel pokemon when it's necessary for evolution. Chansey evolves into Blissey via happiness so I didn't delevel your Chansey. If it doesn't evolve into Blissey even though you have max happiness. Please let your Chansey faint getting defeated by a wild pokemon, logout wait a couple seconds relog and try increasing pokemon's happiness back to max. Have a nice day - HappyMango

  si vous avez oublié de faire évoluer un Pokémon qui devrait normalement évoluer en ayant un coup spécifique. Par exemple, si vous avez un Yanma de niveau 100 qui évolue généralement en connaissant le pouvoir antique, il vous suffit de mener une bataille sauvage pour vaincre les Pokémon. Votre Yanma continuera d'évoluer même s'il est bloqué au niveau 100.
  Cela fonctionne pour tous les Pokémon concernés par ce processus d'évolution.
