To evolve Eevee into Leafeon, you need to level it up in Petalburg Woods. If it has max happiness, you will notice that it will try to evolve into Espeon/Umbreon depending on time of day after each battle, keep denying the evolution until it reaches a level up, or use a Rare Candy. :) I hope this helps and good luck! - Ehkoe. I think a bug happened. help me pls. thx. I have deleveled your Gible to level 98. Gible evolves from level 24 into Gabite, and into Garchomp from 48. Please try again and if you still have some problems, post in the Bug Resolution Center where someone can look into this for you.
